To secure your appointment with C.A.T. Consulting, full payment is required at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your payment and the opportunity to reschedule.
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment (this includes any necessary technical set up for phone or Zoom sessions), extending the session will be at the discretion of C.A.T. Consulting. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for lost time. If you do not attend a scheduled session, you will forfeit your payment.
Although the Internet is generally reliable, occasional disruptions may occur. If a personal session is affected by an Internet interruption, it can be rescheduled. However, refunds will not be issued for a change of mind. In the event your internet connection is unavailable before or during your call time, please notify us at [email protected]

In the event of an Internet disruption on the part of C.A.T. Consulting, an attempt will be made to notify you via email. Once the connection is stable, we will contact you to arrange a new time and date for your session. If unstable connections render a session ineffective, we will halt the call and reschedule for a time when stable connections are assured.
