Self-Transcendence Mentoring Program
Join me in this sacred mentoring experience designed to facilitate deeper self-awareness, self-love and self-empowerment. This will pave the way for transformational growth to align your highest good with your soul’s deepest aspirations.
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions allow you to maintain momentum and stay aligned as you learn to respond to obstacles with resilience. The negative and positive life experiences that have impacted your response mechanism will be identified and the focus will be on overcoming self-limiting reactions.
Through consistent support and mentoring, you will be equipped to respond and not react to obstacles with resilience.
This program does require self-directed exercises between sessions.
Sessions to take place over the phone or by Zoom.

Prior to entering my self-transcendence mentoring program, it is important that we connect for a free 15 minute consultation.
This will allow us to connect energetically to ensure we both feel comfortable moving forward. This process is a commitment we make to one another!
If our connection feels aligned then we will discuss the next steps and create an outline for our first session. Through this program, I will provide you with the tools for continuous personal growth and empowerment.

"Carrie helped me understand what was happening to me"
"I was in a deep dark place with no one that could understand the feeling of hurt at that time! The emotional pain touched my soul in a way that I had not ever felt in my life.
I tried speaking with traditional councillors that offered me CBT Therapy which I accepted. I found that these ways are off the shelf tried and tested formulas, which suit some linear aspects of people’s lives and give you an understanding from a non-emotional point of view, but never really solve the deep problems.
